Return Policy


 

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you’re not 100%, we offer items to be returned if you contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery.  Please follow these simple steps:

 

  • Email harmonyboutiquellc@gmail.com with the item name and reason for return.
  • We will then provide you with the information needed to ship your items.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs.
  • A refund will be issued once we receive the items.  Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed on our end.  Your bank may require additional time to process and post the transaction to your account. 

 

In order for a full refund or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached.  Note that sale items, intimates, dresses and jewelry are all FINAL SALE.  Sale items include any special promotions that are held (ie. Cyber Monday, Black Friday, Flash Sales, etc.).

 

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations or damage.
